Ray Johnson MIoD (Proprietor)
Ray is the Proprietor of the company which was established in 1991. Ray is involved with various professional bodies and groups and is a member of the Institute of Directors. He serves on the council of the local Chartered Insurance Institute and attends regular regulatory meetings in London. Ray is a long standing member of the Rotary Club of Folkestone and is proud to be the Chairman of the Channel Chamber of Commerce. When he gets the time he enjoys running and participating in marathons.
Mark Rundle (General Manager)
Mark joined us in May 2008. You may remember that Mark worked for us some five years ago and is pleased to be back catching up with old clients. He has a wealth of experience within the commercial insurance industry and as well as providing quotations and servicing existing clients, he also assists with implementing the British Standards and compliance procedures. During his free time, he likes to read, watch cricket and attends regular pub quizzes (he hopes to be on 'eggheads' very soon)!
Vikki Harris (Sales Executive)
Vikki has considerable experience within the insurance industry. She joined our team having previously worked for Hill House Hammond locally. Vikki deals with all the insurance aspects and is increasingly working within the commercial sector. She enjoys reading, horse riding and motorcycle rallies.
Kevin Beattie (Sales Executive)
Kevin is our latest member of staff and has rejoined the company after being away for 18 months. He originally joined in October 1996 and after trying his hand at something new, he decided to return to the world of insurance! He has a sound knowledge of the industry, in particular personal lines sales and certain aspects of commercial. He is a keen supporter of Celtic whom he has followed since he was 8 years old; however, now he enjoys the occasional game of golf and nights out on the town!
Sylvia Best ACII (Accounts Manager)
Sylvia joined the company back in 2003 as Accounts Manager and handles many aspects of our British Standard Systems. She is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. She is also Treasurer and past President of the Insurance Institute of Folkestone, Canterbury and East Kent. She enjoys yoga, cycling and walking, theatre and foreign travel.
Laura Segust (Administration Assistant)
Laura recently completed her Business Administration NVQ Level 2 under the Apprenticeship scheme and deals with various administrational aspects. She is a member of the Marshmallows netball team and enjoys shopping, socialising and enjoys going to the movies.
